The FBI’s Most Wanted list represents not just fugitives — it represents the cases the federal government has decided require maximum public attention and resources. qivsy has reviewed the current active cases and selected the 10 that carry the highest public interest, largest reward amounts, and most significant backstories.
The Active Cases
- Alexis Flores — Wanted for the kidnapping and murder of a 5-year-old girl in Philadelphia. Has been on the Most Wanted list since 2007. Believed to be in Latin America. Reward: $100,000.
- Eduardo Ravelo — Senior leader of the Barrio Azteca transnational criminal organization. Believed to operate from Mexico. Connected to multiple homicides and cartel-level drug trafficking. Reward: $100,000.

- Ruja Ignatova — “The Crypto Queen” — Created OneCoin, one of the largest cryptocurrency frauds in history: an estimated $25 billion stolen from victims worldwide. Missing since 2017. - Semion Mogilevich — Russian organized crime boss. Charged with wire fraud, mail fraud, racketeering. Believed to live openly in Moscow under FSB protection. Has been on the Most Wanted list since 2009. Reward: $5 million.
- Yaser Abdel Said — Convicted of the 2008 “honor killing” murders of his two daughters in Texas. Captured in 2020 after 12 years as a fugitive. Now awaiting trial. Included because qivsy tracks major case developments.
- Santiago Villalba Mederos — Wanted for murder. Believed to be in Mexico. Reward: $100,000.
